Message	camshaft. it goes into the cas and lines it up to put everything in time. if it is not there you will probably be way out of time unless you can get the half moon where the key used to be to line up with the half moon slot in the cas. it takes alot of patience but it can be done. you probably were way off when you put the cas in the last time and thats why it wont start. if all else fails, and you cant get it to line up, your only other option is to replace the exhaust cam which means you have to remove the timing belt/upper plenum ect. i had to buy one myself, but luckily caught the problem before i put my motor in.
